How Does the National Mall Scooter Rental Work?
We make renting a mobility scooter for your Saturday visit simple.
1. Reserve Your Scooter
Complete our online rental form before your visit. Advance reservations are strongly recommended because the number of scooters available for National Mall rentals is limited.
2. We Arrange Your Delivery Location
We will coordinate a convenient delivery location in the National Mall area.
3. Your Scooter Arrives Fully Charged
Your scooter will be delivered fully charged and ready for your sightseeing day.
4. Enjoy Washington, DC
Use your scooter to visit museums, monuments, memorials, and other attractions throughout the National Mall.
5. We Pick It Up
At the end of your scheduled rental, we will meet you at the agreed location to retrieve the scooter.

You can still rent mobility equipment from us if you are staying at a hotel in our regular delivery service area.
We regularly deliver mobility scooters, power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, transport wheelchairs, rollators, and other mobility equipment directly to hotels.

A full-size scooter is generally our preferred option for customers planning a long sightseeing day around Washington, DC.

Transportation: Full-size scooters do not fit into a regular car. If the scooter needs to be transported by vehicle during your rental, a wheelchair-accessible vehicle or appropriate mobility-equipment lift is required.

A smaller transportable scooter may be appropriate when portability is more important.
