Orthopaedic Mobility Rentals has a warehouse location in Manassas, Virginia, where we store, prepare, clean, and maintain our mobility equipment.

Our warehouse is available for scheduled equipment pickups, returns, equipment viewing, and limited repair and diagnostic services.

Our warehouse is not a walk-in retail store. All visits must be scheduled and confirmed in advance.

We are frequently away from the warehouse completing mobility equipment deliveries and pickups throughout Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and nearby Maryland.

For this reason, someone may not always be available at the warehouse.

Please do not come to the warehouse without first receiving confirmation of your appointment.

Picking Up Your Rental

Most of our customers choose our convenient delivery service to their hotel, Airbnb, home, or other approved location.

However, warehouse pickup may be available by appointment.

Transportation requirements

Some equipment, especially full-size mobility scooters and larger power wheelchairs, may require a wheelchair-accessible van, vehicle lift, or other suitable transportation.

If you are unsure whether the equipment will fit in your vehicle, please call or text us before your appointment.

Returning Rental Equipment

Rental equipment may be returned to our Manassas warehouse when arranged in advance.

Please schedule your return date and time before coming to the warehouse.

Do not leave scooters, wheelchairs, batteries, or other rental equipment outside the warehouse without authorization.

Mobility Scooter & Power Wheelchair Repairs

Limited diagnostic and repair services for mobility scooters and power wheelchairs may be available by appointment.

Description of the problem
Photos of the equipment
Photo of the serial-number label
Any error codes or flashing-light patterns

Why Do I Need an Appointment?

Orthopaedic Mobility Rentals is primarily a delivery-based mobility equipment rental company.

We regularly deliver and pick up equipment directly from customers at hotels, homes, Airbnb locations, museums, convention areas, and other approved locations throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Because we are frequently completing deliveries and pickups, someone may not always be available at the warehouse.

An appointment must be confirmed before visiting.
