Have a mobility scooter you no longer need?

Orthopaedic Mobility Rentals offers convenient mobility scooter donation and disposal pickup services.

If your scooter is still in good condition, it may be able to help someone who cannot afford mobility equipment. If the scooter is old, damaged, or no longer wanted, we can also pick it up for disposal.

❤️ Donate Your Mobility Scooter

We accept mobility scooters in good, usable condition for donation.

Our goal is to give donated scooters a second life. Scooters that are accepted are inspected and prepared for reuse. Suitable equipment is then donated to people who need mobility assistance but may not be able to afford a scooter of their own.

Scooters considered for donation should:

Be in good overall condition
Be operational or reasonably repairable
Include the battery and charger when available
Be safe and suitable for another person to use

Before pickup, we may ask you to send a few pictures of the scooter so we can determine whether it qualifies for our donation program.

There is no purchase or trade-in value provided for donated equipment.

Scooter Disposal Service — $159

The $159 disposal service includes:

Pickup of the mobility scooter
Removal from your location
No need to transport the scooter yourself
Handling and disposal of the unwanted equipment

When possible, Orthopaedic Mobility Rentals helps place usable donated scooters with people who need mobility assistance and may not have the financial ability to purchase equipment themselves.
