Q: What is the delivery fee?
A: Our standard delivery fee is $35. Delivery includes drop-off and pickup at your hotel, home, Airbnb, or other approved location.
Q: Do I need to be present for delivery?
A: Not always. If you're staying at a hotel, we can usually leave your equipment with the front desk or concierge. We'll coordinate the delivery with you in advance.
Q: Can you deliver to hotels, Airbnb properties, or homes?
A: Yes. We deliver directly to hotels, vacation rentals, private homes, Airbnb properties, convention centers, and other approved locations.
Q: Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?
A: Yes. Weekend and holiday deliveries are available based on scheduling and availability.

A: A 3-wheel scooter has a tighter turning radius, making it easier to maneuver indoors, in museums, restaurants, and hotels. A 4-wheel scooter provides additional stability, making it an excellent choice for first-time users and outdoor travel.
Q: Will a transportable scooter fit in my car?
A: Most transportable scooters fit in many sedans, SUVs, and minivans after being disassembled. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help determine if your vehicle is suitable.
Q: How do I transport a full-size scooter?
A: Full-size scooters require a wheelchair-accessible van or a vehicle equipped with a lift or ramp. They do not fit in a standard car trunk.
Q: How long does the battery last?
A: Battery life depends on the scooter model, terrain, hills, temperature, and user weight. We recommend charging the scooter every night. For all-day outings, we suggest taking the charger with you so you can recharge during lunch if needed.
Q: What happens if the scooter stops working during my rental?
A: Contact us immediately. We'll help troubleshoot the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or service as quickly as possible.

Q: What is the difference between a manual wheelchair and a transport wheelchair?
A: A manual wheelchair has large rear wheels, allowing the user to propel themselves or be pushed by a caregiver. A transport wheelchair has smaller rear wheels and is designed to be pushed by a companion or caregiver.
Q: Do you rent pediatric wheelchairs?
A: Yes. We offer pediatric wheelchairs for children. Please contact us so we can recommend the appropriate size.

Q: How do I pay for my rental?
A: We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is collected before delivery to confirm your reservation.
Q: Can I extend my rental?
A: Yes. Extensions are subject to equipment availability. Contact us as soon as possible if you need additional rental days.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Cancellations made before delivery may be eligible for a refund based on our cancellation policy. Once equipment has been delivered, rental charges are generally non-refundable.
